In our culture, it’s been our tradition to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, which we call Christmas.
Christmas, which has been celebrated every 25th of December, is the reason why students, employees and workers have their vacation starting before the holiday until after the first day of the New Year. I was given 26 days of vacation for the Christmas season and within these days, significant things happened unexpectedly.
First, all of us in the family were very surprised when most of my aunts and cousins from other countries came before Christmas. And that made my Christmas celebration very special. They were not here in our country for long years, so it seemed that our celebration for Christmas became a reunion.
Secondly, it was a long and tiring trip from Ilocos Sur to Pangasinan after Christmas to attend to my cousin’s wedding and be one of the bride’s maids. At first, I resisted but since it’s my cousin, I finally agreed. It was a momentous day when the things I hate most should be with me, a cocktail dress, a gown and sandals with very high heels! I felt I’m to cry with the high heels I was wearing but I ignored the pain.
I had busy days on this season but to say the truth, this season is worth remembering.

We are living here on Earth because of God. He is the only one who gave us this very precious gift.
Our life is very precious that we must take are of it. We must because we cannot be able to return this again if we ever put an end to it.
We must thank God for He always guides us and gives us strength.
I Thank God…..
“ang magkaibigan masaya kapag magkakasama, nagbibigay ng ngiti, pumapawi ng luha.
Minsan akla mo,
masaya ka
dahil sa mga kaibigan.
Ang di mo alam
masaya sila dahil andun ka.!
Life is like a cycle…….
It goes on and on…….
Life is like a journey…….
We keep on continuing our lives until we will be tired……
Life is a precious gift…
It came from God……
Life is more precious than gold…..
…So, take care of it!!!
